Services
The Grass Depot LLC provides landscaping materials including grass, sod, rock, mulch, soil, and sand, along with delivery services throughout Montgomery County, Texas. All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on availability and delivery conditions.
Orders and Delivery
All orders are subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to deliver your order on the scheduled date.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large orders, we may require a deposit.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Due to the perishable nature of sod and the bulk nature of our materials, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
The Grass Depot LLC is not responsible for damages to property during delivery if adequate access is not provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery locations.
Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our products at the time of delivery. Any concerns about product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
